Kirche Hainburg, Fertigstellung 2011

Formstaal is a specialist in the forming of large metal plates which allow the creation of organic shapes in architecture and art.
On the basis of initial designs, together with architects and artists, we develop an exclusive concept for the design, manufacture and completion of the project.
Organically formed surfaces, such as facades, roofs and bridges, can be combined with a substructure designed as a supporting structure to form a static load-bearing element which can be structurally analysed using FEM simulation.
Individual elements from a wide range of metallic materials, such as aluminium, stainless steel, weather-proof structural steel and normal steel, are developed to produce customised solutions. There are no limits with regard to design, as the proven manufacturing technologies and the know-how of our experienced staff make it possible for metal plates to be formed to any desired shape and to be fitted on site as part of a turnkey project.
